Wichita County Plat Records, said 2.298 acre tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod lying in the north right-of-way line of Plaza Parkway, a dedicated city street, said rod being the southeast corner of Lot 1-H and the southwest
corner of Lot 2-E, Block 22, Midwestern Park, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, according to that plat recorded in Volume 27, Page 899, Wichita County Plat
Records, for the southwest comer and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
Thence leaving said north right-of-way line and the south line of said Block 22, NORTH 00"32'00" EAST 250.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 1-H and the west line of
said Lot 2-E to a 1/2 Inch Iron rod lying in the north line of said Block 22, said rod being the northeast comer of said Lot 1-H and the northwest corner of said Lot 2-E for the
northwest corner of this tract;
