by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the said J. A. Scott Survey No. 7, said point being
the intersection of the North right-of-way Iine of Southwest Parkway F.M. 369'
and the East right-of-way ling of Elmwood Avenue extended, said point being further
descriced as bearing South 80 04 East 2409.17 feet from the Northwest corner of
the said J.A. Scott Survey No. 7.
