metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 1137.2 feet North and 50 feet West of the Southeast corner
of Block 15, Tarrant County School Land, Abstract 282, Wichita County, Texas;
THENCE N 79°09' W, 871.20 feet to a point;
THENCE North 300.0 feet to a point;
THENCE S 79.09' E, 824.23 feet to a point;
THENCE S 52.45' E, 60.25 feet to a point;
THENCE South 273.77 feet to the place of beginning and containing 5.9856 acres.
