the Southwest corner of the above mentioned H. A G. N. R. R. Co. Survey, Section 39, A-161, for
the Southeast corner of this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the North right-of-way line of said Missile Road, along a 2.923 degree curve
to the right .base tan yprt bears South 860 3$' 45' West. having a radius of 1959.86 feat and a cen-
tral angle of 10 27' 52 , a distance 0f 957. 5 feet, to a Doint for the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said Missile Road, North 000 10' East 344.29 feet to a point for the Northwest
corner of this tract;
