A tract of land out of Section 39, H. & G.N. R.R. Co. Survey, A-161, Wichita County, Texas,
said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod being the southwest corner of Lot 31, Block 22,
Expressway Village, Section 16, an addition to the city of Wichita Falls, said iron rod
bears North 49' 51' 29" East 3182.58 feet from the southwest corner of said Section 39,
H. & G.N. R.R. Co. Survey, said iron rod being the southeast corner and place of beginning
of this description;
Thence along the north line of Expressway Village, Section 14, an addition to the
city of 'Wichita Falls, North 89' 50' West 122.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the
southwest corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said north line of Expressway Village, Section 14, North 00' 10' East
290.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the northwest corner of this tract;
Thence South 89' 50' East 122.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod being the northwest
corner of Lot 47, of said Block 22, Expressway Village, Section 16, and also being the
northeast corner of this tract;
Thence South 00' 10' West, passing the southwest corner of said Lot 47, Block 22,
and the north right-of-way line of Pilot Point Drive at 120.00 feet, and passing the
northwest corner of said Lot 31, Block 22, and the south right-of-way line of Pilot
Point Jrive at 170.00 feet, a total distance of 290.00 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 0.81 acre of land, more or less.
