J. V. Wheeler survey, Abstract 377, Wichita County, Texas, and described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron stake at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of East Morningside Addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas and the Northeast corner of this tract. Said point in the South right-of-way line of
Fifth Street;
THENCE South along the West line of said East Morningside Addition and the East line of this tract, 484.5
feet to an iron stake for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE Vest 123.8 feet to an iron stake in the North line of Pembroke Lane;
THENCE Vesterly along a curve to the left 67.0 feet to an iron stake at the Southeast corner of Lot 2,
Morningside Park North Addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas;
THENCE North along the East line of said Lot 2, at 193.5 feet past the Northeast corner of said Lot 2 and
at a total distance of 223.5 feet to an iron stake for corner;
THENCE West across the South side of "The Swimming Pool Area" 176.0 feet to an iron stake for corner in the
West lire of this tract;

THENCE North 249.5 feet to an iron stake for the No
line of said Fifth Street;
of this tract and the South right-of-way line of said
