Parkway, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 29' 45" E with the South line of Southwest Parkway, a distance of 825.45
feet to an "z in concrete found at the Northeast comer of Saveway Addition, as shown on
plat recorded in Volume 23, Page 251, Wichita County Plat Records, said "x" being at the
intersection of the South line of Southwest Parkway and the West line of Old Lake Road, for
the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 28' 05" E with the West line of Old Lake Road, a distance of 747.93 feet to
an iron rod found for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 34' 40" W a distance of 825.47 feet to an iron rod found in the East line of
K—Mart Drive, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 28' 00" W with the East line of K—Mart Drive, a distance of 746.75 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 14.154 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
