Leggett;
THENCE S 890 56' E 60.0 feet to Leggett's Southeast corner;
THENCE N 00° 00' 30" E 150.0 feet to Leggett's Northeast corner in the South line of Southwest Parkway;
THENCE with the South line of Southwest Parkway, S 890 56' E 78.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.177 acres of land.
