Whereas the Hatton Road Baptist Church is the Owner of a certain tract of
land in Block 11 of Kemp and Newby Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land,
Abstract 33, Wichita County, Texas, which said tract is described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of said Block 11 and 1083.0
feet East of ;the Southwest corner thereof:
THENCE North 00°-09' West, with the East line of said 25 acre school
tract, 438.1 feet to a point;
THENCE Wast 397.7 feet to a point;
THENCE South 00°-09' East, 438.1 feet to a point on the South line of
said Block 11 and the center line of Hatton Road;
THENCE West with the South 1 ine of Block 11, 397.7 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 4.0 acres of land.
Now therefore know all men by these presents that We, N. 0. Gilbert,
Harold Barris, G. W. Works, J. 0. Lybarger and Roy Lybarger being duly
elected Trustees of said Church, do hereby adopt this plat designating the
hereinabove property as the Hatton Road Baptist Church Subdivision out of
Block 11 of Kemp and Newby Subdivision and do dedicate the street shown
hereon to public:: use forever.
