COUNTY OF 'riICHITA:
Whereas I. Titus T. Mitchell, am the owner of a certain tract of
land out of Blocks 16, 17 & 18 of the W. E. WILSON ACNE BLOCK ADDITION
of a part of Block No. 3, IRRIGATION SUBDIVISIUN of J. A. SCOTT SURVEY
NO. 12, Abstract No. 296, Wichita County, Texas, containing 2,52 acres
and described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a fence corner in the North line of Block No. 3,
Irrigation Subdivision of J. A. SU02Y SURVEY No. 12, Abstract No. 296,
1115.0 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Block No. 3 said
point being the West corner of a 402 acre tract sold by J. A. Kemp to
the City of Wichita Falls and described by deed filed in Book 275,
Page 274 of the Deed Records of Wichita County, Texas; thence S 60.001E
along a fence on the Southwest line of said 4032 acre tract and the
North line of the W. E. Wilson Acre Block Addition 66,0 feet to a 1/2 inch
iron rod for the point of beginning and the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 00.331W 383.8 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the most
Northerly Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89.49fF 114.7 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod for an Ell
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00.33'W 149.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod in the North
line of F.LWOOD STREET for the most Southerly Southwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 89'49'E along the North line of ELWOOD STREET 163.2 feet
to a 1/2 inch iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THiNCL N 00.479E 373.4 feet to a 1/2"inch iron rod in a fence line
on the Southwest line of said 4.32 acre tract and in the North line of
said Wilson Acre Block Addition for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 60.001W along a fence line on the Southwest line of said
4.32 acre tract and the North line of said Wilson Acre Block Addition
32295 feet to the place of beginning for 'this tract and containing 2,52
acres of land.
Now therefore, know all men by these presents that I, Titus T.
Mitchell, do hereby adopt this plat designating the hereinabove

the Public use forever, the streets and easements shown above.
