Whereas Albert Wolf, Box 140, Route 2, Electra, Texas is the owner of a certain tract of
land situated in the Thomas Curry Survey, A-344, City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas,
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West R.O.W. of U. S. Highway Spur No. 325 at a point S.080-24'W.
231.4 feet from its intersection with the South R.O.W. of Enterprise Street, said point also
being the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Wolf Subdivision:
