Page 69, Wichita County Plat Records, save and except the East 90.0 feet conveyed to Faith Village Church
of Christ in Volume 1598, Page 455, Wichita County Deed Records, and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found V in concrete in the North right—of—way line of Call Field Road, a dedicated street,
said point bears S 89. 47' W a distance of 329.75 feet from the intersection of the said North line of Call
Field Road with the West right—of—way line of McNiel Avenue, a dedicated street, for the Southeast corner
and the PLACE OF BEGINNING of the herein described tract;
THENCE S 89'47' W along the North line of Call Field Road, a distance of 410.40 feet to a found iron rod in
said North right—of—way line for the Southwest comer of this tract, said rod also being the Southwest comer
of the above mentioned Lot 2, Cunningham —Call Field Addition;
THENCE leaving said North right—of—way line of Call Field Road, N 01. 49' 58" W a distance of 396.26 feet
to an iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract, said rod lies in the South line of Fountain Park,
Section 2—D, as recorded in Volume 12, Pages 52 & 53, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE along the said South line of Fountain Park, Section 2—D, N 89'51'57" E a distance of 320.51 feet to
a set iron rod for an angle point of this tract, said rod also being the Southeast comer of Lot 15, Block 47,
of said Fountain Park, Section 2-0;
THENCE along a South line of Lot 1—A, Block 1, Church of Christ, S 89.55'51" E a distance of 112.51 feet to
a found x" in concrete for the Northeast comer of this tract, and being an ell comer of said Lot 1—A, Block 1,
Church of Christ;
THENCE along a West line of said Lot 1—A, Block 1, Church of Christ, S 01•27'25" W a distance of 395.25 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.832 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and considerations
therein expressed.
