thereof, with the following members present:

by unanimous vote passed the following order:

that the plat or map of H. L. Barnett Sub -division
of a part of the East seven acres of Block 9, Ed Woodall Subdivision
of Wichita Falls Sub -urban Farms be approved and ordered filed.

Suburban Farms in Wichita County, Texas, the same being
a part of the L. P. Dykes Survey, Abstract No. 5E0,
have caused a part of same to be platted as shown by
the attached nap, into lots Numbered 1 to 7 inclusive,
and hereby adopt said plat to be known ae the H. L.
Barnett Subdivision of a part of the lest 7 acres of
Block 9, Ed Woodall Subdivision of Wichita Falls Sub-
urban Farms, and agree to convey same according to

his wife, both known to me to be the persons whose names
are subscribed to the foregoing instrument and acknowledged
to me that they each had signed the game for the purposes
and consideration therein expressed; and the said Sedalia
Barqett, wife of the said H. L. Barnett, having been ex—
amined by me privily and apart from her husband, and having
the same fully explained to her, she the said Sedalia
Barnett acknowledged such instrument to be her act and
deed, and she declared that she had signed the same for
