BEGINNING at the intersection of the North Right-of-way line of Teeth Street with the West Right -of -nay line of
Brook Avenue, said point being the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of the JOLINE RESURVEY of the South one-half of Lot 1,
Block 4, BELLVUE ADDITION to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the West R/W line of Brook Avenue 150.0 feet to a point in the South Right -of -wag line of an
Alley for the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 of JOLINE RESURVET for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the South R/W of said Alley 200.0 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of Lot 4 of said
JOLINE RESURVEY for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the West line of said Lot 4 of JOLINE RESURVFT 150.0 feet to a point in the North R/W of Tenth
Street for the Southwest corner of said Lot 4 and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE East with the North R/W of Tenth Street 200.0 feet to the place of beginning.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly
