of this tract;
THENCE N P90 36''F. with the North R/W of Roosevelt Street 169.43 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 3,
RIVERS ADDITION, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE North with the East line of Lot 3, 150.0 feet to a point in South line of an Alley for the Northeast
