Whereas South Central Oil Company, a Delaware Corporation, is the owner of a certain tract of land
situated in Lot No. 1, Block E, RAY MASSIE SUBDIVISION No. 1, according to the plat of said subdivision
recorded in Volume 3, Page 94, Plat Records of Wichita County, Texas, said tract described as follows;
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 1, Block E, RAY MASSIE SUBDIVISION No. 1 for the Southwest
corner of this tract, said point being at the intersection of the East Right-of-way line of Harlan Lane
with the North Right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. 287;
THENCE N 000 12' W with East line of Harlan Lane 130.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE S 790 55' E 160.0 feet to an iron rod for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 12' E 130.0 feet to an iron rod in the North Right-of-way of U. S, Highway No. 287 for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 790 55' W with the North line of U. S. Highway No. 287, 160.0 feet to thl� place of beginning
and containing 0.47 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
