and more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at on iron rod found at the Southeast corner of Lot 2—A, Block 1, Moller Addition
as recorded in Volume 27, Page 181, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in the West
line of Kemp Blvd.(F.M. 2380), for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 08' 15" E with the West line of Kemp Bivd.(F.M. 2380), a distance of 686.92
feet to an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 1—A, Moller Addition, as recorded in
Volume 18, Page 22, Wichita County Plat Records, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 57' 51" W along the North line of said Lot 1—A, at 6.38 feet pass an iron rod
set, and continuing on same course, in all a distance of 300.28 feet to an iron rod found at
the Northwest corner of said Lot 1—A, said rod being in the East line of Lot 9, Block 1,
Moller Addition, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 09' 25" W with the East line of said Lot 9, and Lots 10-18, Block 1, Moller
Addition, a distance of 686.55 feet to an iron rod found at the Southwest corner of the
above referenced Lot 2—A, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 53' 35" E with the South line of said Lot 2—A, at 295.07 feet pass an iron
rod, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 300.52 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 4.74 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names ore subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
