WHEREAS United Savings of Texas is the owner of a tract of land out of
Block 25, Denton County School Land, League 1, Wichita Falls, Texas, described
as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the West right-of-way of K-Mart Drive at the South-
east corner of Lot 2-B, K-Mart Addition, as recorded in Vol. 23, Page 203, Wichita
County Plat Records;
THENCE Southerly along the West right-of-way of K-Mart Drive and along a curve to
the right having a radius of 150.0 feet and a central angle of 18° 15' 3011 for an
arc distance of 47.8 feet to an iron rod at end of curve and the beginning of a
curve to the left having a radius of 200.0 feet and a central angle of 180 15' 30"
for an arc distance of 63.7 feet to an iron rod at end of curve;
THING S 000 00' 30" W, 182.35 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast corner of
Lot 18, Block 7, Moller Addition as recorded in Vol. 24, Page 242-243, Wichita
County Plat Records;
THENCE S 750 28' IV, 126.0 feet to an iron rod at Northwest corner of said Lot 18;
719NCE N 000 00' 30" E, 323.5 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of said
Lot 2-B;
THENCE N 890 59' 30" E, 139.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.883 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to
the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
