said point also being the Northwest corner of Block 47b;
THENCE S 0003110 &M.b feet to a point for Southwest corner, said paint also being the Southwest corner of
Block 479;
THENCE S 8902V E 206.7 feet to a point for a corner, said point also being the Southwest corner of South-
western Bell Co. tract;
THENCE N 00 31'E ZI10.0 feet to a point for an ell corner, said point also being the Southwest corner of
lot 1, Moller Addition;
THENCE S 89021'E 300.0 feet to a point in the Rest P.O.W. line of F.M. Highway 23b0 for a corner, said
point also being the Southeast corner of l,ot 1, Moller Addition;
THENCE: N 00031'E 04.8 feet along West R.O.W. line of F.Y. Highway 23M to the place of beginning and
containing 6.37 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
