a feme sole, of the City and State of New York; Albert Voltaire Moller, Jr. and Herbert Theodore Moller, both
of the city of Wichita Falls, in Wichita County, Texas are the owners of a certain tract of land situated in
Block No. 479, HIGHLAND ADDITION to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and described as follows:
BEGINNING ft a point in the East line of Block No. 479, HIGHLAND ADDITION to the City of Wichita Falls,
Texas N 000 31 E 200.0 feet from its Southeast corner, said point being the Northeast corner of a tract
owned by Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and described in deed recorded in Vol. 798, Page 372, Deed Records
of Wichita County, Texas and being in the West Right-of-way line of Farm -Market Road No. 2380; for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 31' E with the West Right-of-way of said Farm -Market Road No. 2380, 150aO feet to a point for
the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 27` W 300eO feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 000 31' W 150.0 feet to the Northwest corner of said Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. tract for the
Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 0' 27' E 300.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.03 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this Plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein
