Whereas Curran -Kiel, a partnership, is the owner of a certain tract of land situated in Block 3, Kemp and Newby
Subdivision of Cherokee County School Land, Wichita County, Texas, as described as follows:
BEGINNING 245 feet West and 2416.7 feet S 0032' E from the Northeast Corner of Block 3, Kemp and Newby Subdivision
N of Cherokee County School Land, said beginning point being in the West line of a 15 foot Alley at the Northeast Corner
of 0.43 acre conveyed to Curran -Kiel by deed recorded at Vol. 824, Page 611, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 0"32' E with West line of Alley, 163.3 feet to Southeast corner of 0.56 acre conveyed to Curran -Kiel by
deed recorded at Vol. 855, Page 195, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE West 237.0 feet to point in East right-of-way of U. S. Highway 281;
THENCE N 15*11' W 54.3 feet to the Beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 5679.7 feet;
THENCE with said curve for an arc distance of 115.7 feet to Northwest corner this tract in East right-of-way of U. S.
Highway 281;
THENCE S 89047' E 279.0 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 0.971 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly author-
ized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, ease-
ments, and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
