and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears South 000 08' East 1292.8 feet and East 1654.6
feet from the Northwest corner of the said Thomas Curry Survey, A-344, said point
being in the North right-of-way line of Pearlie Drive, said point also being the
Southwest corner of Lot 55, Sandra Gail Subdivision No. 2, an addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas as recorded in Vol. 12, page 45 of the plat records of
Wichita County;
Thence East 435.0 feet along the North right-of-way line of Pearl Drive to the
Southwest corner of Lot 63 as platted for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence North 125.0 feet along the West line of said Lot 63 to the Northwest corner
Of Lot 63 for the Northeast corner of this tract, said point also being in the South;'
