distance of 99.84 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of said Lot 1—B, for the Northeast
corner of said Hagler tract, the Northwest corner of said Lot 2—A and the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 89' 45' 03" E with the South line of said Lot 1-13 and the North line of said Lot 2—A, a
distance of 295.80 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.677 ACRE of land.
