BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 7, McKenzie Subdivision, "Rob Roy Addition", as
recorded in Volume 25, Page 387, Wichita County Plat Records, said point also being the Northwest corner of
Block 10, McKenzie Subdivision;
THENCE S 000 45' W with the East line of Lot 7, a distance of 38.0 feet to an iron rod at the most Easterly
Southeast corner of Lot 7 and the Northeast corner of Lot 8;
THENCE S 440 06' 24" W a distance of 115.37 feet to an iron rod at the most Southerly Southeast corner of
Lot 7, said point being in the right-of-way of Rob Roy Lane being a curve to the left having a radius of 50.0
feet and a central angle of 77° 55' 20";
THENCE in a Westerly direction with said curve to the left an arc distance of 68.0 feet to an iron rod at the
Southwest corner of Lot 6;
THENCE N 210 01' 18" W with the West line of Lot 6, a distance of 111,63 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest
corner of Lot 6, said point being in the North line of "Rob Roy Addition";
THENCE S 89' 08' E with the North line of "Rob Roy Addition" a distance of 180.68 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.34 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
