Texas; and herewith replats said land into 9 Lots, the perimeter of which is described by metes
and bounds as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron stake at the original N.E. cor. of said Block 9.
THENCE S.01046'W., with the East line of said Block 9, 428.2 ft. to a point for; the S.E. cur.
of this tract.

THENCE N.01040E., with the W9st line of this tract and the East line of a Replat of Blocks 7,
8, and part of Block 9, McKenzie Subdivision, 428.2 ft. to an iron stake at the N.W. cor. of
this tract in the North line of said Block 9.� '
