U.S. Highway 287 Expressway and the West line of F.M. Highway 369, said monument being NOO°36'W
1863.16 feet and S89°24'W 35 feet from the Southeast corner of Section 15, Tarrant County
School Land Survey, Abstract 282, Wichita County, Texas, the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE along the North line of U.S. Highway 287 Expressway S17437'W 51.6 feet to an iron
stake;
THENCE N79°48'W 409.73 feet to iron stake in North line U.S. 287 Expressway at the South-
west corner of this tract;
THENCE North 481.b6 feet to an iron stake at the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S80'22'E 455.25 feet to an iron stake on West line of F.M. Highway 369 at the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S00'36'E, with West line Highway 369, for 461.33 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing 5.00 acres of land.
