Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 1, Louett Addition as shown
on plat recorded at Volume 14, Page 65, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Louett Addition and also being on
the East right-of-way line of Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE with the West line of Lot 2 and the East right-of-way line of Old
Jacksboro Highway, North 411.2 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Block 1,
Louett Addition, according to plat recorded at Volume 23, Page 23, Wichita County
Plat Records, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of Lot 5, N 89° 391 E 358.3 feet to an iron rod at
its Northeast corner, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of Lot 5, South 342.2 feet to an iron rod at its
Southeast corner, the most Easterly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West 138.3 feet to an iron rod in the East line of said Lot 2, an ell
corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of Lot 2, South 71.2 feet to an iron rod at its
Southeast corner, the most Southerly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the South line of Lot 2, West 220.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 3.165 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
