Thence East 220.0 feet to Northeast Corner;
Thence South 100.0 feet to Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Louett Addition;
Thence West 220.0 feet to place of beginning and containing 0.505 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, casements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considera—
