Texas and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows.
Beginning at an iron rod which bears North 3541.0 feet and East
24e3.3 feet from the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Thomas Curry
Survey , said rod is the Northeast corner of the herein described tract
and the place of beginning of this description.
