BEGINNING at a point on the West line 1360.0 feet North of the Southwest corner
of the E. A. Austin Survey;
THENCE North, with the West line of the said Austin Survey, 217.4 feet to a
point;
THENCE East, 225.0 feet to a point on the West line of Cedar Street;
THENCE S47uth, with the West line of said Cedar Street, 217.4 feet to a point;
THENCE, West, 225.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.122 acres.
