THENCE West with the South line of Lot 1, a distance of 528.16 feet to an iron rod found in the
East line of Cartwright Road and the Southwest corner of Lot 1;
THENCE North with the East line of Cartwright Road, a distance of 469.50 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 5.69 acres of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereos shown or the
