Volume 11, Pages 62 and 63, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the West line of Cartwright
Road for the Southeast comer of this tract;
THENCE West with the South line of Lot 15 a distance of 528.53 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest
corner of Lot 15 for the Southwest Comer of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 13' W with the West line of Lot 15 a distance of 82.42 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest
comer of this tract;
THENCE East a distance of 528.53 feet to an iron rod in the East line of Lot 15 and West line of Cartwright
Road for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 13' E with the East line of Lot 15 a distance of 82.42 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and Containing 1.0 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and Considerations therein expressed.
