rod found at the Southeast comer of Lot 3;
THENCE West a distance of 523.85 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest comer of Lot 3;
THENCE N 00' 13' W a distance of 247.17 feet to an iron rod set of the Northwest comer of
Lot 3;
THENCE East a distance of 524.78 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.97
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
