Texas, described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found in the East right-of-way line of Cartwright Road, said rod
also being the Southwest comer of Lot 1-D, Block 2, Ranch Estates as shown on plat
recorded in Volume 27, Page 1152. Wichita County Plat Records, for the Northwest comer of
this tract;
THENCE East with the South line of said Lot 1-D, a distance of 528.27 feet to an iron rod
found at the Southeast corner of said Lot 1-D, said rod being in the West line of Lot 16,
Block 2, Ranch Estates, as shown on plat recorded at Volume 11, Pages 62 & 63, Wichita
County Plat Records, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South along the West line of said Lot 16 and the West line of Lot 15, Block 2, a
distance of 240.99 feet to on iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Lot 2-C, Block 2,
as shown on plat recorded at Volume 27, Page 1430, Wichita County Plat Records, for the
Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE West with the North line of said Lot 2-C, a distance of 528.21 feet to on iron rod
found at the Northwest corner of said Lot 2-C, for the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE North along the East right-of-way line of Cartwright Road a distance of 240.99 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.922 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public plrces thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
