LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A 1.50-acre tract of land out of the N. Dembriski Survey, Abstract No. 66,
Wichita County, Texas, and out of Lot 14, Block 2, Ranch Estates, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume I i, Page
62-63, Wichita County Plat Records, said 1.50-acre tract being more
specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 112-inch iron rod in the west right-of-way line of Cartwright
Road, a public road, said iron rod being the southeast comer of said Lot 14
and lying SOUTH 1,014 feet along the West right-of-way line of said
Cartwright Road and WEST 3,562 feet along the centerline of Reilly Road, a
public road, and the north line of said Dembriski Survey from the northeast
corner of said Dembriski Survey, said iron rod being the southeast corner
and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE WEST 528.53 feet along the south line of said Lot 14 to a 1/2-inch
iron rod being the southwest comer of said Lot 14 for the southwest corner
of this tract; -
THENCE NORTH 123.74 feet along the west line of said Lot 14 to a 1/2-inch
!ran rod being the southwest comer of Lot 14-A, Block 2, Ranch Estates, as
recorded in Volume 27, Page 990, Wichita County Plat Records, said iron
rod being the northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the west line of said Lot 14, SOUTH 89"58'50" EAST
528.53 feet along the south line of said Lot 14-A to a 112-inch iron rod in the
east line of said Lot 14 and in the west dght-of-way line of said Cartwright
Road being the southeast comer of said Lot 14-A for the northeast comer of

THENCE SOUTH 123.56 feet along the east line of said Lot 14 and the West
