THENCE S 32' 12' E. 1.00 foot past a found iron rod and continuing for a total distance of 49.27 feet to on iron
rod found in the west right-of-way line of Loop 11. being the southerly most northeast comer of Lot 1, Tract 1,

THENCE S 05' 11' W for o distance of 10.00 feet to on iron rod found in the west right-of-way line of Loop 11,
at the beginning of a curve along the west right-of-way line of Loop 11 to the right having a radius of 808.95
feet;
THENCE in a southwesterly direction with said curve to the right, for an arc distance of 138.55 feet to the PLACE
