THENCE N 73055' W 540.55 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 15;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with the West line of Lot 15 being a curve to the left with a radius
of 1881.04 feet and a central angle of 12022', an arc length of 130,98 feet to end of curve;
THENCE N 11034' W 50.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right with a radius of 1231.46 feet
and a central angle of 22020';
THENCE Northerly along said curve to the right an arc length of 74.86 feet to the place of beginning
and containing 5.02 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the
purposes and considerations therein expressed.
