right having a radius of 222.0 feet and whose center bears S 10' 12' W;
THENCE Southeasterly with said curve for an arc distance of 246.6 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 160 10' E 166.0 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 462.0 feet;
THENCE Southeasterly with said curve for a distance of 146.7 feet to end of curve;
THENCE S 340 23' E 17.3 feet to iron rod at Northeast corner of Lot 24, Block 2, Tanglewood Section 1-C;
THENCE S 610 03' W 173.5 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.722 acres of land.
