Hollow, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the North right-of-way line of Ridgemont Drive,
said point beers South 780 32' 19.6" West a distance of 6980. 55 feet from
the Northeast corner of said Robert Evans Survey, Said point being more
commonly known as the most Westerly corner of previously menlioaed Lot 1.
for the most Westerly corner of the herein described tract;
Thence North 760 07' East along the North liras of said Lots 1 A 2 a
distance of 457.55 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of said Block 5 and

Thence continuing along said North right-of-way line of Ridgemont
Drive, North 76° AO' West a distance of 153.35 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence along a 13.040 degree curve to the left having radius of
