BY METES AND BOUNDS AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of Section "C", Tanglewood Hollow, as shown at Volume 22, Pages 49 and 50,
Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE with East line of Section "C", as follows: N 8°43' E 165 feet, N 6°46' E 50 feet, N 0'31' E 168 feet,
N 13°46' W 160 feet, N 3°00' W 160 feet, and N 29°47' W 411.9 feet to the South line of Ridgemont Drive;
THENCE with a curve to the right having a radius of 330.5 feet for an arc distance of 152.3 to the end of
this curve, and the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 842.5 feet;
THENCE with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 102.9 feet;
THENCE N 82021' E 34.7 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 507.8 feet;
THENCE with said curve to the left for an arc distance of 80.2 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 16, Block 8,
Tanglewood Hollow Section "D";
THENCE with East and South line of Section I'D" as follows: S 28°45' E 369.3 feet, S 7°30' E 722.9 feet,
S 64°17' W 201.6 feet and N 87°41'W 233.5feet to the place of beginning.
