THENCE with said curve for an arc distance of 102.9 feet to point of reverse curvature;
THENCE with a curve to the left having a radius of 330.5 feet for an arc distance of 115.9 feet;
THENCE N 20045' W 50 feet to the Southeast corner of Lot 5, Block 6;
THENCE North 211.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 11.92 acres of land.
The Owner of the land shown on the plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or through

courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed.
