THENCE N 83.02' W with the South line of Lot 6, Block 10, Tanglewood Hollow, Section H, and the North line
of Canyon Trails, Section Five, a distance of 50.00 feet to on iron rod set for an angle comer of this tract;
THENCE N 83'I6' W with the South lines of Lot 6 and Lot 8A, Block 10, Tanglewood Hollow, Section H, as
shown on plot recorded at Volume 28, Page 255, Wichita County Plat Records, and the North line of Canyon
Trails, Section Five, a distance of 153.19 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot BA, for the Southwest
comer of this tract;
THENCE N 08.35' E with the West line of said Lot 8A, at 28.28 feet pass an iron rod set on line for
reference, and continuing on some course, in all a distance of 149.78 feet to an iron rod found at the
Northwest corner of Lot 8A, for the Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 81'25' E with the South line of Tanglewood Drive, a distance of 153.10 feet to an iron rod set for
an angle point;
THENCE S 81'26' E with the South line of Tanglewood Drive, a distance of 49.96 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.683 acres of land.
