and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found iron rod at the Northeast comer of the above said Lot 22, Block 10.
Tonglewood Hollow, Section J, for the Northeast comer of this tract;
THENCE S 08'35' W 172.51 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of said Lot 22
and the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 83'16' W 556.9 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of the above
mentioned Lot 26 and the Southwest comer of this tract;
THENCE N 17'58' E 241.2 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest comer of said Lot 26
and for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 81'25' E 130.7 feet along the North line of said Lot 26 to a found iron rod in the
curved right-of-way line of Tanglewood Drive for the most Northerly Northeast corner of sold
Lot 26, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point bears S 35'19'37" W;
THENCE with the said right-of-way line of Tanglewood Drive as follows:
in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.0 feet and a
central angle of 176'. 42', for an arc distance of 154.2 feet to a found iron rod at the end
of said curve; and S 81' 25' E a distance of 298.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 2.358 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of
the public forever all streets• alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public
places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
