Tonglewood Hollow, Section J, for the Northeast comer of this tract; THENCE S 08'35' W 172.51 feet to an iron rod set for the Southeast corner of said Lot 22 and the Southeast corner of this tract; THENCE N 83'16' W 556.9 feet to an iron rod set for the Southwest corner of the above mentioned Lot 26 and the Southwest comer of this tract; THENCE N 17'58' E 241.2 feet to an iron rod set for the Northwest comer of said Lot 26 and for the Northwest corner of this tract; THENCE S 81'25' E 130.7 feet along the North line of said Lot 26 to a found iron rod in the curved right-of-way line of Tanglewood Drive for the most Northerly Northeast corner of sold Lot 26, the bearing of the tangent to the curve at said point bears S 35'19'37" W; THENCE with the said right-of-way line of Tanglewood Drive as follows: in a Southeasterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 50.0 feet and a central angle of 176'. 42', for an arc distance of 154.2 feet to a found iron rod at the end of said curve; and S 81' 25' E a distance of 298.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.358 acres of land.
