THHi.CE N 340 07' W with the West line of Lot 17-A, a distance of 133.9 feet to an iron rod in the South line of
Ridgemont Drive, said point being on a curve to the left having a radius of 507.8 feet;
THENCE with said curve to the left an arc distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.696
acre of land.
