the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, according to a replat recorded in Volume - Page ----, Wichita
County Plat Records;
THENCE N 8316' W 556.9 feet to a point for the Southwest corner of this tract;
•THENCE N 17'58' E 448.6 feet to a point;
- THENCE N 00'35' E 144.6 feet to a point in the South line of Block 1, Tonglewood Hollow, Section C,
for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the South line of said Block 1, East 110.0 feet and S 8415' E 438.0 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 28, Block 1, Tanglewood Hollow, Section C, said point being in the West line of Craigmont Drive,
and also being the Northwest corner of said Tanglewood Haiiow, Section H, for the Northeast corner of this
tract;
THENCE with the West line of said Section H as follows: S 15'00' W 33.6 feet; S 08'35' W 374.0 feet;
S 38'35' W 30.0 feet, N 81'25' W 23.85 feet, and S 08'35' W 172.51 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 7.432 acres of land.
