of Tanglewood Drive;
THENCE with the South line of Lots 67 — 70, Block 8, and the North line of Tanglewood Drive, N 810 25' W 374.65 feet to
the beginning of a curve to the right having a radius of 15.0 feet and a central angle of 900;
THENCE with said curve to the right for an arc distance of 23.6 feet to end of curve, a point in the East line of Craigmont Drive
and the West line of Lot 70 of said Block 8;
THENCE with the East line of Craigmont Drive and the West line of said Lot 70, N 080 35' E 255.2 feet to the Northwest corner
Of Lot 70, the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE with the North line of Lots 67-70 of said Block 8, S 870 19' E 391.72 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 67, the
Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE with the East line of Lot 67, S 08' 35' W 310.46 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.596 acres of
land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person or through a duly
authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements
