Ferguson III and wife at Volume 1389, Page 318, Wichita County Deed Records; THENCE S 150 00' W 8.15 feet to the beginning of a curve to the left having a radius of 250 feet; THENCE Southerly with said curve 107.57 feet to an iron rod set at the Southwest corner of said 0.256 acre; THENCE S 87° 19' E 659.8 feet to a point in the middle of Lower Tanglewood Lake; THENCE N 640 00' E, at 30 feet pass South corner of Lot 81 and Southwest corner of Lot 82, Block 8, Tanglewood Hollow Section "G" as shown on plat of record at Volume 26, Pages 6 & 7, Wichita County Plat Records, and continuing on the same course, in all 82.0 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 56, Block 8, Section F-2, a point in Lower Tanglewood Lake; THENCE S 23° 51' E 293.8 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 56; THENCE S 800 44' E 200 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 59; THENCE S 08° 35' W, at 135.7 feet pass the Southwest corner of Lot 59 and continuing, in all 185.7 feet to an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Tanglewood Drive right-of-way as currently dedicated; THENCE S 810 25' E 44.8 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of Lot 18, Block 1, Section F-2; THENCE S 080 35' W 132.8 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 12.82 acres of land.
