Hollow, Section A, an addition to the Ciry of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being
more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the paint of intersection of the South right-of-way line of Ridgemont Drive and the
West right-of-way line of Shady lane, said point being the Northeast corner of said Lot 14, Block I,
said point also being the Northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along the above mentioned Writ right-of-way line of Shady Lane, South 248.00 feet to a
point for the Southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said West right-of-way line of Shady Lane, West 260,00 feet to a point lying in
the East line of Lot 1, of said Block 1, Tanglewood Hollow, Section A, said point being the Southwest
corner of this tract;
Thence along said East line of Lot 1, Block 1, North 190.70 feet to a point lying in said South
right-of-way line of Ridgemont Drive, said point being the Northwest corner of said Lot 14, Block 1,
and the Northwest corner of this tract;
Thence along said South right-of-way line of Ridgemont Drive and along the North line of sald
