being all of Lots 28 6 30, Spanish Trace, Unit Four, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and being more specifically described
by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the original Northeast corner of the above mentioned Spanish Trace, Unit Four per plat of same filed Nov. 12, 1%8 and
