INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION
OF PLAT SUBMISSION TO P & Z COMMISSION
Prior to the submission of this application, the plat shall be checked for compliance with the
requirements of Section 7, Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance No. 2118. Unless otherwise
provided for, the plat must conform with the preliminary plat approved by the Planning and Zoning
Commission and meet any conditions imposed by such.
Under "Subdivision Name" insert the full name of the subdivision as shown on the plat being
submitted.
Under "Agent/Representative" insert the name of the firm which prepared the plat.
A check for the processing of the plat in the amount required by Section 5, Ordinance No. 2118,
must be included with this application.
Utility & Service Companies must be notified and easement requirements must be made on plat prior
to submission.
A final plat will not be processed unless the application form is fully completed, including the
signature of the representatives of the utility/service companies where indicated.
THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTAL OF FINAL PLATS REQUIRING ACTION BY THE
PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION IS NOON, FIFTEEN (15) DAYS PRIOR TO THE
MONTHLY COMMISSION MEETING.
